- 安裝說明
- 1. click “Tool for changing self-made character set on webpage 4.0” to save the file.
2. Select desktop as the folder of saving the tool.
3. After saving the tool, decompress the downloaded file “netcvt.zip”.
4. After decompression, execute netcvt.exe.
5. When the window of the tool appear, user can set every data.
